Quick and easy appetizer.

Ingredients:
  • About 250g Shishito peppers (will be 20-23 peppers - just fits standard pan)
  • Splash of cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Wash and dry peppers.

Heat the pan, add oil.
Add peppers to the pan and cook until they are slightly charred.

Transfer them to a serving dish, sprinkle with the salt and toss.

You can also squeeze some lime juice if you want to.
