Salsa Verde — authentic mexican sauce where the key ingredients are tomatillo and jalapeñopeppers. Those two are the main veggies our farm grows. Besides we grow cayenne, serrano, anaheim, ancho/poblano, shishito, chimayó, suave and some other chili peppers. This year we also grow 20 other cultivars of peppers (Capsicum Frutescens, Capsicum baccatum, Capsicum chinense, Capsicum pubescens) for evaluation purposes. Tabasco, Fatalii, Habanero, Rocoto, Lemon Drop, Aji Cachucha, Aji Panca Lima, Aji Amarillo, El Oro de Ecuador to name a few.
