Georgia Flame peppers should be used, however I didn't have them so I substituted with a bit hotter jalapeños.
Dried peppers should be used according to original recipies. I had a lot of fresh red jalapeños and used them.
Ingredients
- 1 kg red jalapeños, stems removed.
- 0.5 kg garlic
- 0.4 kg coarse salt
- 0.5 cup coriander
- 0.2 kg walnuts
- 1 pack (~50g) spice mixture khmeli-suneli
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Put walnuts, coriander, salt into a food processor. Process.
- Add jalapeños and garlic, process until smooth.
- Finally add cinnamon and khmeli-suneli. Process.
- Transfer to the jars and store in the refrigerator.
